Eye makeup tips tend to be a little too much on the glamour. Yes, I know, it’s hard to imagine. How could you possibly have too much glamour? However, with eye makeup less could be more. You can’t wear that club smoky eye look to work. Anyway, you probably shouldn’t.
Of course, less eye makeup does not mean boring eye makeup. You can get a lot of the same looks for less makeup and make them appropriate for every day. Lots of these tactics may save you major time. This tip let me cut more than 6 minutes off my eye makeup application time.
Generally people use eye makeup to accentuate their eyes. The best way to accomplish this is to make them look bigger. You can use this eye makeup tip to get bigger-looking eyes that do not look made up.
You will need a light eye shadow like gold, and a darker eye shadow like brown. The colors should complement your skin tones. They should not contain glitter but they can be reflective. Using Loreal’s “Wear Infinite” Holographic line works well.
1. Put on the light eye shadow up to your brow. This will brighten your eye area and create smooth skin tones.
2. Fill in the crease of your eye using the darker eye shadow. You are drawing a thick semi-circle over your eye. You can widen and brighten your eyes with this darker shade.
At this point, you’re done. You can enjoy your new, bright and doe-eyed look. You can also dress up the look using violet in the semi circle and white or pink in the background. You might also try darker hues on the lid below the semi circle. Make your look pop with bright colors along the eyelid. Use these eye makeup tips to get bright, enormous eyes.
