We should all ask ourselves are the huge drug companies really working and producing effective cures for mans ailments or are they primarily interested only in their so called bottom line. Ever since the end of World War 2 there has been an ever growing interest in alternative medicine and much research has been done. Along with the research came many books on alternative medicine covering every possible topic of this amazing field. Below we will review just 3 titles but they are considered to be the most comprehensive in their field.
I consider these books to be incredibly handy for me and my families day to day existence. When ever any of us comes down with a bite or burn, allergy or ailment we consult our lexions of alternative medicine to find ways of healing our selves without necessarily running of to our family doctor..

What is considered to be the closest thing to an encyclopedia of alternative medicine is: Alternative Medicine: The Definitive Guide by the Burton Goldberg Group, which is truly considered and known as being the Bible of alternative medicine. It weighs in at more than 1,000 pages, with nearly 4,000 doctors’ contributions.
